Without waiting for too much of a disagreement, Josephina pulled on night goggles over her eyes and tossed instant darkness powder into the air, and then removed box one from behind her desk. "Inside this box, which I will pass around and give you all the opportunity to identify it, you can feel inside the box if you wish or just use your sense of smell, or even taste it if you want, as its edible...." With that, she began walking around the room to give them all an opportunity to identify the object. ooc: think about what that object smells and feels like.... and if your character would know it... feel free to be silly with your guesses if your character wouldn't know it... remember you can't see it.

No way, no how. Sierra was
not volunteering to lose one of her senses and become vulnerable in a classroom full of her peers. What if she tripped? Fell down? Made some ridiculous guess?!
Nope. She was--...
Umm, okay then. So much for those thoughts. The room was now in complete darkness, and Sierra found herself blinking, trying desperately to see in the dark.
Then the box was in front of her, and she hesitantly felt the object inside. She ran her hands along it then sniffed the air. Smelled sort of...bitter.
"Umm, it's round. Well, sort of." There was some other shape toward the top of it.
"It's soft, and it's smells bitter. I think it's...a piece of rotten fruit?"
