He sat in the common room under the pretense that he would be doing homework, but all he could do was stare at the wall from his chair, eyes glazed over. Scenario after scenario played through his head. What if he had terrible aim? What if he wasn't even strong enough to throw the ball far enough? WHAT IF HIS ARM FELL OFF?
Elise walked into the common room, a folder full of the week's notes that she had scribbled messily in class and a new roll of parchment. She was going to re-do her notes, just so that she could understand them. Yes, her notes were that messy. She had scribbled in every direction imaginable. Thank Merlin her ink changed colour for the different points.
Flopping down onto a chair, she hunched over her papers, sorting them out by subject before looking up. There was a first year there, staring through her head and looking pretty freaked out.
"You okay?" she asked, inking her quill and starting on her Divination notes.
