Theo jumped as the girl crouched down beside him. And usually he would have told a person off for sneaking up on him like that, especially when he was in spy mode, BUT, she was showing an interest in his intentions. And that was all that mattered in scary situations like this. He tucked his Onimoculars back into his bag and scooted a little closer to Cassia.
"I'm looking for ghosts. They're everywhere at the moment, haven't you noticed?" Theo informed her, looking over his shoulder as he did so.
Had to get rid of those ghosts!
Cassia's eyes widened in excitement when Theo told her that he was looking for ghosts.She nodded and whispered back at him. "
True. They have appeared in two lessons so far and I ran into one at the kitchen corridor the other day." Considering he was tracking them down ,he needed to be filled in ,right? Cassia happens to be informed of most of the gossip around the castle. Part of being a girl.
The girls glanced at what Theo pushed into his bag,
"What is thisss?" She whispered which sounded more like a hiss. She had glanced when she ducked that he was looking through them. were they some special ghost-inspecting goggles or something. Cassia re-positioned her body in a comfier way making sure to stay hidden completely behind the statue. And she might have pressed herself against Theo a
biiit but remembering he didn't like to be touched, she muttered, "
Sorry" They were on mission now and she didn't want to bother her partner.

That was so interesting! Cassia fought the urge not to squeal from excitement which she usually does when feeling enthusiastic about something. So she covered her mouth with her hand and made a silent
SQUEEAAAAK.
