Well that's simple really. Juliet raised her hand to answer "Dark creatures and dark wizards that does harm, are the number one to defend yourself." because A. dark creatures has a nature of destruction and B. dark wizards that causes harm. Because like she said earlier, not every dark wizard is harmful. It depends on how they are as a person. Although, generally speaking most of them are sort of bad mojos.
