Alyssa decided to try the spell again. She knew that she needed to do better this time and so took her time instead of rushing. First she looked at the plastic bag and imagined it being a white turtleneck sweater with chain link design down the front of it. It would have long sleeves. She then practised saying the incantation without the use of her wand.

"SUMMUS VESTIS....SUMMUS VESTIS....SUMMUS VESTIS..."

Then she practiced the wand movements. A letter Z in front of the plastic bag. 'Alright let's try this again.' Alyssa thought to herself. Taking out her wand, she traced a letter Z in front of the plastic bag on her mannequin and at the same time, said the words to the incantation, "SUMMUS VESTIS". All the time while she was doing this, she concentrated on what the plastic bag would change into and when the beam of light shot out of her wand and hit the plastic bag, Alyssa was afraid to look at what replaced it once the light disappeared.

But she had to look. She had to see whether the spell had worked this time. Instead of a plastic bag, the mannequin was now wearing.....a white turtleneck sweater with the appropriate design. It even had long sleeves, like she had imagined it would have.

Alyssa smiled. She had been lucky this time. The sweater turned out the way she had wanted it to be. But Alyssa knew that the more she practised the spell, the better she would get at mastering it. She would revert the sweater back into the plastic bag and try another design of clothing. Pointing her wand at the sweater, she said,"REVERTO" changing the sweater back into the now familiar plastic bag.
