Right then, a few more people had arrived and taken a seat, occasionally offering a hello to Isabelle, which she returned with a smile. Walking forwards slightly, Issy stopped just as she got to the desk of a Ravenclaw, and rested a hand on the shoulder of the mannequin stood by it. "Miss McGregory (prettyme99), I hope you don't mind if I borrow this for the demonstration in a moment." She hadn't bought her own in, there were enough around for her to use, and they weren't exactly small.
"As you can see a mannequin has been assigned to each of you - please do make sure to write your names on them there," she said, pointing at the plate hung around the neck that the Ravenclaw had already helpfully filled in. "And they're wearing a rubbish bag. For now. Anyone care to guess what we might be doing today, before I explain what I've actually got planned for the entire term?" Because this was a long term project, people.
Cassia glanced at the mannequin next to her and made sure that she had her name written. Now what? Mm…they were guessing. Cassia had already tried but Professor Magnus said that it was false. So if they weren't turning the mannequins into themselves what else could they be doing.
The second-year paused letting her imagination unleashed ;mannequins , students and transfiguration. Hmmm…..
Finally ,Cassia raised her hand and spoke,
"Professor, will we be dressing the mannequins like someone from the staff or even the governors who're in the castle?" You know considering there were many new people this term.
"And then we'll guess who each mannequin is dressed like?" Because that would be a very interesting and fun game….lesson. And helpful too. The twelve-years old rubbed her hands excitedly assuming that her answer was right though the professor hasn't answered yet.But she so hoped for something fun! She sat on the edge of her seat eager for the Professor to answer.
