Entwining her fingers with his, she scooted a little closer and lay her head on his shoulder. It just felt RIGHT. "I don't know, either. But maybe we can figure it out together?"

Nathan smiled when she finally turned to look at him.

"I was just being honest," he replied - giving her hand a small squeeze. He was. Nathan was nothing if not honest. And he wasn't lying to her either when he said he wasn't completely sure how he felt. But her proposal didn't seem too bad, either.

So he nodded, liking the gesture of her interwining her fingers with his. "I suppose .. we can," he agreed. He couldn't help but move a strand away from her face when she lay her head on his shoulder. ".. well. I should probably take these walks at the crack of dawn more often .." he chuckled, lightly.

Indeed. He certainly had no idea his morning would go like this.
