Her mouth dropped open as his little blue ball sailed well past hers and stopped a few feet short of the hole. Rolling her eyes Nell put a point down for each of them on the little score card. Walking up to her own ball she took another stance then hit the ball. This time it was enough force to hit it past the hole, it bounced off one of the side bumpers and rolled back towards her.

Teehee! He was winning! Right? He watched her attempt a second time and beamed at her. "No, but at least you're hitting in the right direction." That was a bonus! He flashed her a cute grin and tapped his ball now. When it fell into the hole, he raised his eyebrows in surprise and stood over the hole, staring down at it for a moment.
How did he get the ball? Did he have to pick it up or would it...? He didn't even know! Heh. He crouched down and picked up the ball from the hole and looked back at Nell. "Was that right?" 'Cause she was the expert, right?
