"Oh I'll be in 5th term this year. I guess it's really going to be a very busy year for me. With OWLs and all. I'm hoping that I make the Quidditch team again this year." Alyssa replied before she realized that she was rattling on about stuff that Belle hadn't even asked her. Alyssa sighed. She was starting to get tired already.

Alyssa turned around when she felt somebody plop next to her and smiled when she saw it was Alec, her young friend, who seemed to have grown quite a lot since she had last seen him. "Hey Alec. Boy! you have definitely grown taller. How much ice cream have you eaten during the summer?" Alyssa grinned at him, knowing his fondness for the dessert. Then to Alyssa's delight, Adeline came and sat next to Alec. She felt an affinity with the Third Yead girl.

"Hello Adeline. It is good to see you. I hope that your summer was a good one. It was great to see you at Caroline's wedding. You looked so beautiful in that dress."Alyssa smiled remembering that special day.

"Have you seen Asher anywhere?" Alyssa asked looking around for the third year Slytherin. He had been Adeline's date at the wedding. They made such a nice looking couple. Alyssa sighed to herself. She was beginning to feel really tired now and hoped that she would be able to stay awake long enough for the Headmistress to make her speech. If not, she hoped that she would be able to sneak out without anyone seeing her. She really needed to get going.
