She was just staring in front of her at nothing in particular. In a few minutes, Jen could have beaten the world record for not blinking. But then an older boy came along and she snapped out of it when he tapped her on the shoulder when he reached her seat. Maybe it was because she was all alone by herself and was biting her nails in a worried rabbit sort of way.
