The brunette had ALL of her attention on the conversation between the Gryffindor Prefect and the guy from the Ministry who apparently introduced himself as Armen Recard. Not a man record.

She thrusted the fluff ball more against her tummy and it gave a somewhat shrilly meow. "Shut up," Beezus murmured. She did not want him to get lost somewhere in a void during the Portkey ride so might as well take his complains.

Oh, and look. There was Daichi! Looking all tall. The Ravenclaw gave him a brief nod. They still had issues that needed settling, questions she wanted to ask him. Though, all of those can wait till they get to Hogwarts.

Next thing she knew, the people on their group were slowly disappearing, Elliot with that young girl with her, Kurumi dragging Daichi along, Alice, and then Oakey and....leaving her with a glare...Dylan...
