...wait what did she mean seem to be you? It's not like he does this just to get attention. Things just happen to him.

"I DERNENT MERN TER DER ERT." Oakey tried to explain himself. "ERT JERST KERNDA HERPERND." Did he have have to say it, why was he even answering her questions, wasn't it ~~erbvi~~...obvious.
"yerp." Oakey replied anyways. Hopefully Kurumi could reverse it for him. He wouldn't want the first thing he does at Hogwarts this year being to go straight to EVIL Healer and have her chisel down his teeth.
In fact she'd probably just smash them and tell him to get dentures.
