Leobald was silently pouting over the fact that the feast had turned into something both gloomy and sad. Too many people were leaving after the night was out. William was one of them. Leo wanted to bury the hatchet with the COMC chap but now maybe there was no time. Being angry about being called 'Baldie' seemed now as something totally ridiculous.

Picking at the food on his plate Leo looked up with surprise when Sophia sat down in one of the vacant seats next to him sending a womanly scent his way. "Evening Sophia, yes very sad feast. It seems like half of the staff is leaving." he agreed. There was no time to ask about his friend's summer plans when Sophia devoted her full attention on Cecelia. Leo didn't see how Sophia slipped a vial of something into Cece's drink if he had, then he might have understood a lot better where the sea of truth's where coming from that Cece started to share with everyone.

'I'm in LOVE with William.' Leo heard Cece declare loud and clear. Almost choking on his pumpkin juice his eyes darted from Cece to William. Was she serious? Had William heard her? Were his own secret wishes to date Cece pointless?

Leobald could only wait and see.
