He turned his head and regarded her for a moment. “Well you seem pretty independent and would probably best have a pet that doesn’t require too much attention…” so fussy lap dogs are out, as were more energetic ones like Dalmatians. And he is totally gonna sidestep any mention of birds. “Yeah I think you’d do well with a cat-- or how about a Kneazle? Much better than a cat. They’re very smart, independent but can be quite affectionate to their Masters and are good judges of character.” he said, looping back to what she mentioned earlier.
