"What did ya do?" Cardigan asked curiously. She had only just gotten here and hadn't witnessed anything peculiar. Not yet, at least. It must've been something pretty mischievious. Something she might do. Maybe. Only if she was sure nobody was watching her. Or that it would never come back to haunt her.
"We may have climbed up onto the top of the train," Ari said as she recalled the events that must have happened only moments ago but felt like a life time. The girl must have just arrived on the platform because the whole thing would have been pretty hard to miss. With all the shouting that had been going on they had snagged the attention of many,
"It was for a pretty heroic cause though. See, my friends' cat attacked my owl and they had gone up onto the train so we went up after..."
It really hadn't been
that big of a deal. Ari just didn't want Archer to become a cat's snack...
