That includes using phones, one thing she suggested Beezus way before and now a website. "YOU? How did you know the details about a website. Have you already made a Facebook account?" Erin definitely demands for an answer Bee. "Anyways, triple W dot Erih Heyman dot com is only a vision today but one day, I know it'll happen." Especially when she becomes Minister of Magic.
Shoes all ready. Beezus. Check. Erin. Check. Now, ready to bowl. "She doesn't have a mother anymore. Hers died. Just like mine." Well, that was before because her real mother was alive and kicking. She hoped the next statements wouldn't confused Beezus. She wanted her to understand, really. But before she could start her story, WHAAAAT? Indy and Beezus are not in good terms? How long did the ignoring issue happened actually for it made the both of them meet some few good treasurable friends. Erin doesn't really know Indy, they've never been formally introduced for the past three terms they were schoolmates and batchmates in Hogwarts. But she thinks she's nice, she's Beezus' bestie after all and what Beezus likes, Erin likes.
"Why? What's the problem?" Erin was a bestfriend, couldn't she ask a little thing about the bestie? Just a bit of course, too much would probably taken by Beezus as invasion of bestie privacy. One thing, Erin wouldn't like others messing with her either. She's, er, a bit possessive. Trying to concentrate on their discussion, Erin couldn't help but notice the cool shruken heads they'd be dealing with later, they weren't cute at all. They were ugly, even. "Er, if only you wanted to share of course, "Erin added.
And now, onto the new family. What really happened that day was still a cloudy part of Erin's life. She didn't understand her father for giving her up, how her real parents found her, how she easily let herself go with them. But one thing was for sure, she was HAPPY, is happy and always will be happy with her biological one. Nod. She smiled before responding, "I..er..Let's put it this way, I lived my life happy when I was young, cursed my father for changing when my mother died and cursed him even more when he gave me away for some random people I didn't even had a slight familiarity with. Yes," she glanced towards Beezus, "...I am adopted. And I never knew until my parents came to our house's door and told me they were my real parents." How could Erin keep the aura cool? Perhaps because of the shrunken heads around them? So, Beezus!reaction?
PFFT. Just what did Erin think of her? Not sensitive enough when she was spending her time in the Muggle World? She lived with muggles and her own father was a muggle for Merlin's sake! With Erin's accusing tone, Beezus lifted her chin up and started explaining.
"Well..you don't think I just sit around doing nothing at home, don't you?" She meant her previous home actually.
"Not my Grandmother's but the place I used to live with my Aunt." She thought that cleared that up and proceeded.
"Dylan.." the cousin, of course
"...there are times he's kind enough to feed me some muggle knowledge which obviously," the brunette poked her the bridge of her best friend's nose.
" ..I devour gladly." She was a Ravenclaw after all. "Hmm? I'll be hoping for that to happen." Beezus said, respondin to Erin saying she would soon have a website of her own.
Seeing that the fellow eagle was done changing, she pulled her towards the lane.
"Oh? I feel sorry for Elise." Knowing your mother is dead is very traumatic. That's why she's thankful that even though her Mom won't acknowledge her as her daughter, at least she was still alive.
"How's she coping with the loss Erin?" Personally, she thought the whole running away thing wasn't a such a great idea. However, given the reasons, Elise didn't really ran away. She only needed a place to stay. "
It's very nice of you to let her stay at your place. Lest she won't feel so alone." Beezus nodded. That's why she loved Erin. The girl won't turn a friend down.
Oh? The problem? Between her and Indy? An expression that looked somewhat like a grimace and frustration filled her face as she eyed the shrunken heads on the large narrow metal tray where it was neatly arranged on.
"Actually..." hmmm. What exactly was the best way to say it?
"..she and......her boyfriend broke up, I knew he was planning on breaking up with her. He told me and...then, Indy got mad at me because I didn't tell her that I knew." SHRUG. It was pretty complicated, yes.
By the time Erin began the whole family talk, Beezus had already took a shrunken head into her hands. It emitted some creepy muffled sounds that made her wince. Ugh, disgusting face but at the same time, interesting. Albeit her eyes pierced the eyes of the head she was holding with both intensity and curiosity, she was still listening attentively to what her best friend was saying. Then came that phrase,
I am adopted.

She.Was. Astounded. And she was certain it showed on her face. Her mouth hang open in disbelief and absently, she let go of the shrunken head on her hand, allowing it to fall on the floor with a loud thud which seemed to alleviate the shock. It started to babble syllables she couldn't understand so she picked it up with her mind still obscured by what her best friend has just revealed. She stared at her for a moment, trying to make out if she was lying or not. She wasn't.
"Really? Y-you're not kidding?" Right now, that was all she could muster to blurt out.
