History:
Ceasar was born and raised in Canada, with his two parents and younger sister. They moved to England when he was 10 years old, after his mother passed away due to cancer, but also so that he could attend Hogwarts. His father thought highly of Hogwarts, and wanted his children to gain that type of education, too. He was soon sorted into Ravenclaw, and was actually quite a popular boy throughout his years. Ravenclaws weren't always so popular back in his day. Something to do with being too smart or something.

He excelled in lots of classes, particularly DADA - and finished up his seventh year as Head Boy. In fact, the only thing he was atrocious at was flying. Upon graduating Hogwarts, Ceasar went straight to university, to study teaching and follow in his mother's footsteps, (She taught in a muggle school).

For four years, Ceaser Tanquay taught Defense Against the Dark Arts at Hogwarts, which he loved as it was once his favourite subject. After tragic family problems, the headmaster at the time had to leave and Ceasar was offered the opportunity to take over his role. This will be his first year as headmaster, but he is confident.

Personality:
Ceasar grew up as quite an introverted, but silently confident. He made lots of friends during his childhood, but he never tried that hard. As a teacher, he does try to bring a bit of fun to his classes. They were always so boring when he was at school so he said to himself that he would change that. Above anything, he is very smart and academic, and wouldn't let no students walk all over him! Despite his young age, he is very much headmaster worthy!
