Of the two surprises that Selina had gotten today, Gideon arriving and finding a tickle spot on the back of his neck and hair, Selina was not sure which surprise that she liked more. Obviously, it was brilliant to see her boyfriend again, but a tickle spot was like gold. The pair of them had the tendency to jokingly tease one another quite often, but when push came to shove every time, Gideon was the one who ended up winning their little jest. It was partially because he was taller and stronger than her, yet there was also a part that was due to the fact that he used her ticklish nature against her. Tickling was what won his every battle and now she had her own plan of attack. Today was a great day.

He flinched again and she could not help beaming at his actions. He could have denied that it tickled him to a certain extent, but she could tell from the way that he was reacting that he was lying. It was true that he was a better liar than she was, however, he could not hide the truth when it tickled. "I'm offended you think that of me. I would never intentionally do anything remotely trickstery." Just then her fingers laced themselves into the bottom of his hair once more. She was loving this. There was no way that he could win this battle.

Jake opened the back door to his house and entered the kitchen. He could see that Sophie was long gone and at work when he looked in the sink. Her used cereal bowl sat uncleaned in the basen and the orange juice was freshly squeezed on the counter. He smiled at the familiar things in his kitchen and turned on his sink to clean the dish.

Once it was stored away, he opened his refrigerator to pull out some ingredients to make Selina an omelet. Usually when he was home during the summers, she devoured his bacon, egg and cheese creation. Then again his daughter ate everything.
