She was already laughing by the time that Gideon had joined in with his own hearty laughter. The pair of them could not seriously entertain the thought of Selina having another boyfriend; it was the most ludicrous thing that they had probably ever said to one another. Which was most likely why they had succumbed to their laughter. It was just ridiculous. Between her laughs, she added, "You're right about one thing- I can't lie to you."

After Selina had moved to hug her boyfriend, he picked her up from the waist and spun her around off the ground and back into her house. A giggle escaped her lips at the motion, but she was not high enough up in the air this time or over his shoulder to react in anyway but positively. Besides, she had missed him, he was getting a pass for picking her up against her will. But when he put her back down on the floor, she shot her eyebrow up at him in an almost challenging manner when he chuckled. Her fingers continued to play with the bottom of his hair before she asked, "You think this is funny, sir?"
