Was that a girl walking around? Why was she doing that? Derek raised an eyebrow as she came to him and asked if she could help. Well... she seemed to be as confused as himself about what to do now, so he wasn't sure if she could "help him at all".

"Um..." He started, looking around. "I sent a Memo earlier today about a little explosion in Newcastle and haven't got any responses yet..." Derek was sure the Environmental Department should know about this AND actually do something. Wasn't Newcastle a green city or something? "I'm sure people from this Department should know about this and... well, do something." Simple enough, no?
