She playfully rolled her eyes when he said he asked about a girl, but then she turned her attention to him and followed along. "Dylan, you're a Slytherin. You don't need runes to tell whether you'll get this girl or not," she said with a smirk. "I'm sure you'll think of something." Was she supposed to do all that facet stuff, too? If so, she didn't exactly factor that in. Oh, well. This was a class. Surely Jenkins didn't expect them to be perfect.
"Come on. Let's go turn this in, and then we can go," she said, grabbing all her belongings. She placed her parchment on the top of the growing stack then led the way out the room.
Dylan smirked, hearing what Sierra thought about the runes. No, he really didn't need them to tell him about a girl or whatever else. He was more than capable of getting female attention. The tricky part was going to be getting Kennedy out of the picture...and convincing Sierra that he could be good enough for her. And...Lafay...would have to approve...
...And that last other thing...that he'd been putting off...
Grinning at being told what to do, Dylan quickly wrote his name, house, and year on the top before replacing his things in his bag. Snatching them up, he moved towards the front of the room, laying his own parchment on top of Sierra's.
Then he was following her out the door...
...enjoying the view the entire way.
