The Prefect rolled his eyes and shook his head. "Whatever." He was clearly in a bad mood, but he could be himself around John because he was the only one Kennedy knew who wouldn't get hurt by his attitude. "Hey, remember of that letter I told you I sent Mom? The one where I asked her about that Head Boy with my surname," he said, rubbing his temples. Stupid headaches. "Well, I got a reply back." And now that he had the letter in his hand he was a bit apprehensive about it's contents.
John didn't really pay attention to the complete story all he heard were a couple of phrases. He finished carving his name and looked up.
"Wait what? All I heard was mom and letter?" John replied as he soon caught up and raised a brow.
"What does the letter say?" he added as he had a very devious smile on his face as he swung he longs legs back and forth.
Curiosity soon settled inside the young lion's mind.
"Is it a good or bad letter?" John asked. He just wanted for his best friend, to finally have some peace. He's been through a lot, but no matter what John was going to stand by his side and help him in any way possible.
