"I'll try, but I don't promise anything" Nikolas would have liked to see Jade playing Quidditch or both of them playing Quidditch, and wondered what else have he missed in this short time he had been gone. "Have you seen Selena?" he said without thinking.
Oh, so he was charming? Not that he didn't knew that already but it was nice to hear it from Jade "I know you can't resist my charms, even if you deny it" and no he wasn't playing mind games. Maybe just a little.
Jade was about to start to yell at Nikolas again as he said his next comment about the redness on his cheek and when he said he was just kidding she could only shake her head.
"So what about us?" She hesitated.
"...I-I didn't know if we were together or not and there was this one guy..." She trailed off, not daring to make eye contact with Nik.
She wished he would promise her that he wouldn't do anything like that again but he wouldn't. It was just frustrating, however once he mentioned the weird girl's name she could only frown.
"Let me guess. You wish I was the one you saw last or never, because you care so much about Selena that when you're with me you can only think about her!" She yelled.
"I can resist your charms. I've been doing it now, haven't I?" Jade said, narrowing her eyes at him.
