Max wa startled and jumped a bit at his mother's hollering. He flung the little bit of snow in his hand and stood up... His lip pouted out and his big blue eyes welled up with tears... Edward caught Jessica by the top of her arm and brought her back and into the house... " We'll go into one of the spare rooms.... If you'd rather speak to me in there.... " Eddie said as he ushered her quite forcefully into the spare room.... " What are you here for, Jess.... I don't have time for business meetings at the moment... Perhaps you should set up an appointment with my sister...." he said in a condesending tone.
