Temp is is a restrained person. He has a very strong control over himself, and knows how and when to bite his tongue. He can be very shy at times, particularly with girls. He isn't vain in himself, his achievements or his ambitions.
He has an amazing voice, even when he's just talking and when he speaks people tend to just stop- and listen. But when he sings, you would hear a pin drop, because it is just completely mesmerizing.
He's shy when he sings though, and doesn't like to do it around other people, but sometimes he would be singing with a group of other people, and gradually silence would hang except for his strong and husky voice, murmuring hypnotically.
Perhaps that adds to his temperance, his ability to listen and be listened to.
