Second biggest offender of Clause 73 about Muggles seeing magical creatures they shouldn't? That was easy. What country had preserves for one of the largest of all magical creatures?
Well duh.
However seeing as another employee had answered for that with an answer that seemed just as right, Simon opted to offer an idea for the second question posed to them as a group. "The Department of Accidents and Catastrophes would work with the Statute by first using the Invisibility Task force to hide things from muggles and then by using Obliviators, Reminiscators and the Muggle Worthy Excuse Committee to help muggles forget if they actually did accidentally see something they shouldn't have." Their whole purpose seemed to be handling the secrecy of the wizarding world...well almost their whole purpose.
