The Protagonist is Basil who was the detective of the story and he is trying to find Olivia's father. The Antagonist is Professor Ratigan. He wants to take over and have all the power. He will not stop at nothing for Basil to get in his way." she smiled and was starting to put her marshmallow on her stick ready to roast it to perfection.
