Seriously Rose, she she knew better. Her boss was one of the hardest working and dedicated men in the Ministry for Merlin's sake.
"Well I am glad you are still doing well, I'm glad things hadn't completely crashed and burned while I was away." They weren't in the best of shape but they were still ok.
He had plans to fix things anyways so there was no worry about that.
"I will catch up with you more later Rose, I need to go address everyone." "Games and Sports? Well it's good to have you hear, it's too bad for Vindictus, I've looked at your files and it seems he lost a good worker. But we are happy to have you with us now." He smiled at the woman. There was always room for hard workers in Transportation.
"Getting married? I'd say that was a bit of a step above just doing well. Congratulations Leo." Recard clapped the man on the back, a grin spreading on his face. Love was just wonderful wasn't it?

"Alright, Leo, I need to go address the group if you don't mind. I shall talk to you again soon." And with that, the Department Head walked off to the front of the break room.

The noise of chatter and laughting had filled the breakroom and Armen had decided that since it seemed everyone was here now so he could start with the announcements.
"Attention everyone, can I please have your attention." Armen raised his hands for them all to look his way and slowly removed the 'Welcome Back' banner from his shoulders and then spoke again. "First off I would like to thank each of you for coming out and giving me a welcome back party fit for a king." Or him, but same thing right?
"This sort of good work is exactly the thing that came to mind when I decided to start an Employee Incentive/Appreciation Board where I will keep track of your good works and then award the person with the most good marks a 150 Galleon bonus at the end of the year!" He clapped his hands together, hoping this good news would spark each of their interests, the money surely would excite his.
Speaking of money.
"With my return to this office, I will also be re-evaulating each of your all's files and past work and fixing your pay rates and awarding bonuses where they are deserved so keep an eye out for that as well. That's all everyone, now eat cake and continue to mingle before we all head back to work." He was finished with his speech and stepped down.
They could approach him and ask questions now if they wanted.
