She sat back, watching as the others commented on their experience at Hogwarts. It was interesting to hear how others had found their time there.
The whole James/Jade situation was kind of amusing to watch, especially since Dia seemed to take on the role of interviewer. Ashley was just glad she wasn't the one being interviewed. Instead, she dug into the delicious food and enjoyed the situation that was playing out.
"How's the food?" Lizzie asked with a little apprehension. She couldn't believe that the caterers had messed up her order. She had planned the perfect evening and now that was probably going to be ruined. She didn't want it ruined! If it weren't for the fact that she was in muggle London with some incompetent muggle she would have given that caterer a good feel off her wand. That was what annoyed her even more--the fact that there was literally nothing she could do about it. Ugh!
The somewhat shocked look on her friends face made her start to think that wishing for a bully might have been an odd thing. She hadn't gotten the chance to know much about what was considered odd seeing as she spent her school life prior to Hogwarts being home school by her mother--a woman who didn't seem to have any restrictions when it came to social courtesy and all that. Hm, oh well.
"So then maybe I don't want one after all?" Was that a better response?
