He has high hopes and can be a little arrogant at times but rarely to the point where it becomes unbearable. He enjoys spending time with his friends but enjoys even more a challenge. Very little can scare him but he’s not as big, bad and brave as he’d like everyone to think. Most of the time he hangs back and becomes totally at ease but he doesn’t like putting his guard down in front of new people because he has a bit of trust issues. He likes jokes but thinks they have a place and should not move out of that place and the thing he hates most is chatty girls who won’t shut up about everything from gossip to the morning’s breakfast. Background: Alec was born to a Wizard of rich decent who had married to another rich family but he doesn’t allow this to ever get to his head. Having that ambitious streak in him he would insist that he be able to do things for himself from as early as the day he learnt to talk. He never had any siblings so all his parents’ attention and time was spent on him. This got his ego rising and there was a point in his life where he couldn’t go without praise—he quickly outgrew this in his first year of Hogwarts. Now that he has left home he’s trying to prove himself. He always thought he was amazing but he had never really had anyway of proving that and so he constantly searched for a way to do this. House: Hufflepuff Boggart: Rats Wand: 12 1/2” Almond with dragon core, pliant Teaches: COCM Personality: Ms. Harper always tries to look on the positive side of everything. Working with magical creatures taught her that nothing should be taken for granted and that even the smallest things in life should be appreciated. She, however, has a hard time liking anyone who would harm a magical creature as she has a soft spot for animals. She doesn’t find herself crying very often because of all the happy things she can think of but also because she doesn’t see the point as she knows it won’t change the situation. When needed she can be strong support and she doesn’t everything to the best of her abilities. One of her potential downfalls is the naivety she still holds onto into in her adult life. Background: As a little girl Justine grew up having taken care of nearly every animal known to mugglekind at least once in her life. Her parents had noted her keen interest in animals and had sought to foster that. Growing up she was a non-violent child—or so her parents thought until they were walking through a muggle market one day and she saw a little boy kick a cat. They didn’t know how she had gotten to the boy as quickly as she did but they next thing they knew he was on the floor screaming. It wasn’t, however, until she got to Hogwarts that she finally decided what she would do with her life once she left school. She thoroughly enjoyed her COMC classes and never wanted them to end. Once she graduated and had all the right documents in order she applied and was accept ‘home’ among the animals who she loves dearly.
