The almost collision caused Laura to turn around and see who it was that had gotten into her personal space. And she found herself looking at a very young and very harrassed looking man.

Either he was late for work or he always ran around the Ministry like a Fwooper with its head cut off. His question caused a slightly smirk to touch her lips. "Is this the British Ministy of Magic?" she asked, with a slight French accent.
