Yes there is no ghost in the book, it is just Therese's and Laurent's imagination but it clearly states on Imdb.com that Camille comes back as a ghost to haunt them and leads to dreadful consequences blah blah blah...hope I haven't spoiled anything or given anything away that I shouldn't have. And i agree with the hair looking weird. But I cannot wait for this film.
I also love the way the make up artists have made Tom look quite weak and frail-looking, as Camille is portrayed to be almost permanently ill.
