What?! This has been going on for weeks and he's just now coming to see her? Wow, she knew the students tried to stay away from her unless they were annoying puffs but the professors too? "You know, I'm really not as evil as the students say I am. You should have come to me sooner." After vanishing the contents of his bucket... again, she grabbed a potion and handed it to him. "Here, drink this. One dose of this and you'll be able to keep your stomach contents in your stomach." Not that he could have anything left in there after what she had just witnessed.
"I’ve never understood the fun in creating rumors or stories that in your case aren’t true." Leobald commented thoughtfully. He had had a few gossip articles written about his name which he had loathed.
"But as long as you know the truth then you usually can let the words brush off you." It was easier said than done though and that Cece remembered it so well meant that she hadn’t gotten over it and was still hung up on it.
Raising a brow he asked
"Really? I thought that that was old school and not something that happened now in 2077. I guess things haven’t changed that much in the romance and dating arena over the years." He was curious who she had danced with but held his tongue. He didn’t want to offend Cece when she held the powers to heal him from his sickness.
Not being able to contain a good natured laugh Leobald said grinning
"Well that’s standard it’s what my mother always said was a sure sign you were in love if you argued and fought a lot with someone but that doesn’t mean it applies to everyone or every situation." Some people just argued because they disliked each other.
Blushing with shame Leobald mumbled.
"I know you are not evil Cece. I just…didn’t know it would become so serious." He trailed off. Taking the potion he didn’t ask what was in it before he down the content in a few big gulps. Feeling his stomach calm down as the potion took effect he said relieved.
"Thank you. In hindsight I should have come sooner I just didn’t think eating a few fish would make me sick."
