Aria was a bit shocked when Eric answered her instead of Alexa. She begrudgingly looked up at him, eyebrows raised. This is great! Alexa said, clearly satisfied by Aria's half hearted response. Even if she didn't mean what she said now, she would eventually because when it ll boiled down to it they were friends. Long after the relationships formed and ended they would still be friends and would still enjoy each other's company...or at least she hoped so. For now the thoughts would remain positive for the sake of her perfect year. Nothing could have or should have ruined it and now that these two had made up...well...sort of made up...that was one less obstacle.

And good for you Eric, that was a big thing for you to do, she said patting him on the cheek. He had taken the first step and as he had seen it worked just fine. Yeah, Aria still looked shocked but she had a feeling he would know how to fix that. Right now the halls were getting empty and they needed to get to their commons rooms before the pictures started gossiping. Whenever they did word always spread to the prefects quickly and left them in trouble for staying in the halls after hours.

Believe it or not tomorrow school will officially start and it will be amazing so get some good sleep. Then she turned and walked towards that stairs leading to the Slytherin Common rooms. The sooner she fell asleep was the sooner tomorrow would come.
