Aria was a bit shocked when Eric answered her instead of Alexa. She begrudgingly looked up at him, eyebrows raised. As she listened to him explain that he'd been telling Alexa what had gone on over the summer, the brunette's eyes wandered over to her best friend, wondering what she truly thought of the situation.
When he asked her if they could be friends again, Aria felt cornered. She looked around at the rest of their friends, knowing that they were hoping she would say yes. She could sense how badly Eric hoped she agreed as well. With a sigh, she dropped her gaze to the floor and shrugged. "I guess so." She said in a small voice, hugging herself again. She allowed her eyes to meet his again after a moment, trying to convey how much she was putting on the line by letting him in again. If he hurt her this time, that would be it. This was his last chance to get her back as a friend. As for anything more...Aria wasn't willing to consider that at the moment. |
