Harvey looked at Minnie when she talked to him "No! No deal.. you and Justin were talking so I didnt want to butt in.. thats all." he smiled a little to try and throw her off what he was thinking earlier.. "Yeah I am still with her.. er.. she just wanted some time to herself.. upset with something... so how are you? havent seen you in while.. whats been going on with you?" he asked before she could ask why he wasnt comforting her.. he had tried and still she left saying that she was sorry.. so there was no much he could do if she wanted to be on her own.
