No ofcourse, well it may damage the books, which destroys the beauty of them and also ruins the reading experience for others not only themselves, also it could be a distraction to other student's trying to learn, if someone is rustling with a wrapper it causes a distraction to another student reading.
Is the library supposed to be a center for drama or learning? (pick one of them, explain why)
A center for learning, if drama is to be had it should be taken out somewhere else, the library is a peaceful quite sanctuary for those wishing to study and stay away from drama. Learning is extremely important and should be taken very seriously, and drama is very distracting to those trying to focus.
