"Do you have any experience with acting?" she asked.
Somehow the word '
mingle' reminded Ira of the frequently used phrase, '
single and ready to mingle'! Hehe.. Lightly smacking her forehead, she smirked and shook her head.
"
Well.. girls are meant to mingle, right?" Ira half asked, half declared. "
Atleast that is what is accepted generally.." Though she herself didn't really adhere to it. Nope, she was rather shy.. until this year. Nowadays she was eager to meet new people and make new friends.
Uh-huh.. They could rock the stage.. maybe. And there came the dreaded question that Ira didn't really wanna answer. What could she answer? That she couldn't act? Especially not in front of others? That she had a wee bit of stage fright? Ira searched for words to explain herself. What to answer exactly?
Following the older girl, she went to sit over to the chairs. But wait.. those bean bags looked cosier. "
You mind of I sit on those bean bags Sarah?" Ira asked sweetly.
Replying to Sarah's question, Ira said, "
Er.. no" Meaning she hadn't had any acting experience. "
Actually I don't like acting so much.. What about you? You like it?"
