Seren had noticed some sort of commotion occurring through the eyes on the back of her head, because ALL teachers had those, special implants they were... she could have sworn she saw a flying Odessa. Now that was certainly not supposed to happen. Was there something wrong? Had the plant woken? Where they in danger? ... Why no screaming? Despite not hearing her name, she had turned to the group which had caught her attention.
West, Aspen and Joćo.
"You three," she called out, eyeing them as she approached.
"What's going on?" In other words, explain yourselves and make it quick.
She spared the plant a look. It was safe.. thank Merlin for them.

One moment they had settled into the new location and Professor Bentley was explaining the assignment to the class and the next they were breaking off into pairs. Well at least the older students were. And Gideon felt like everything had suddenly sped up as everyone rushed to find a partner and he was left standing on the sidelines wondering what in the world was going on. Hearing Professor Bentley's instructions he made his way over to the woman seriously hoping someone would come forward either before or after he reached the herbology professor's side.
Seeing Gideon approach, Seren gave him a nod, then turned her attention to the room.
"You're attention please class.... if there is still someone without a partner, I've found you one. If not, could an established partner please accept a third? It'll mean less scrubbing for you." .. more hands, less work. It all made sense. Now to wait and see who stepped forward.

This was totally the weirdest thing he had ever done in a class. Cleaned a plant's teeth. His family would wonder what they had bred when he told them. They already thought he was a freak. Sad truths, yep.

Theo grinned as he flossed each tooth, then put all of his doolallys down, as well as his dragon hide gloves. "Finished, professor!" WOOT!
Oh, he could go!!!! Theodore gave his plant one more beam then skipped out of the greenhouse. First class was finished! It was weird, but super fun! He liked Herbology!
"Ooohhhhh yay! Well done!" she replied brightly, heading over to admire the first years work. A very good effort. Those pearly whites could do some damage now.

Now that the second year had finished flossing and brushing the plant's teeth, it was time to clean up her work space. First, Ella picked up the fanged geranium and returned it to the spot where all the other minty fresh fanged geraniums were. She smiled at the plant and waved with her gloved hand. "So long, little guy. Enjoy your cleanliness." Turning back to her work space, Ella removed her gloves and placed them in her robes pocket. Then the second year picked up her wand and pointed it at the toothbrush and floss. "Scourgify!" Next she placed her wand in her other pocket and picked up the toothbrush and floss, carrying them over to the cupboard. Now she was all set to go. On her way out of the classroom she gave Professor Bentley a smile. "Thanks for a great lesson, Professor. I have a whole new appreciation for my dentist." True story. Maybe she would even send him a card or something...With that thought in mind, she headed out of the greenhouse towards the castle.
"You're very welcome dear, so pleased you enjoyed it." She giggled a little at the mention of appreciation for dentists. It was important work after all.

She moved it to the table and pulled at the floss again. Once she pulled the floss it broke off the roll. No more flesh mouth for you.' she giggled a bit. Then took the two pieces of gross floss and found the trash to throw them away. Once they were thrown away she put the floss roll back into the place she had retrieved it from when starting and put up her hand. "Professor am I allowed to use my wand to clean the fleshy pieces off the toothbrush for you or is there a sink I could do it in? I could clean other toothbrushes while I'm doing mine if you would like."
Was she not familiar with the process yet?
"If you are able to, then of course you may use magic... if yoou don't now how, the you use the sink by the entrance." Simple simple.
