After a moment of awkward silence in which this boy did not answer her question about Mr. Murdoch, Ella looked up at him and studied him carefully. "You know, you could always go get more food in the kitchens...the elves are quite nice and then you wouldn't have to be mad anymore." And then Ella could go back to spending time with her favorite ~~elephant~~ plant.
