Should you be able to drink and eat anything you like in the library? (Yes/No, explain why)
--> I don't believe so. With food...and it's crumbs, it can cause a terrible mess and attract bugs and rats. I loathe both things...and rats would chew at the book pages. Ugh, disgusting creatures...And if you did happen to bring a drink in, you could possibly spill it on a book and ruin it. That would be a shame since Hogwarts happens to have so many priceless books.

Is the library supposed to be a center for drama or learning? (pick one of them, explain why)
--> No. With goofing off and playing around going on in the Library, students who come here for study time and homework preparation might not be about to concentrate, might not be able to retain information that they're reading...and could possibly write the wrong things down due to last of focus. Not only that...but it's ANNOYING when someone starts effecting the quality of your schoolwork. There is a place for drama and it's Hogsmeade during a Hogsmeade weekend...or during History of Magic class.
