"We don't have a front or a back to the cart. All we have is a bottom, a left, and a right." Did they even need a front and a back? "I think we at least need a back. That way, nothing falls out." Especially a person, since they had to carry someone across the finish line.
She picked up a few boards and measured them against the left and right sides. One seemed long enough, but the other was way too short. She tossed it aside and picked up a second board. Now they were both the same side. She placed them side by side then swished her wand. "Adhaero!" she said, sticking the two pieces together. Picking them up, she held them out to her group members. "Do one of you want to stick them to the pieces we already have together? They need to go on the back."
Nerida mentally slapped herself and said
Oh yes, Im jumping way to far into the process! Looking at it again, yes she was right, with their cart as it was right now, someone would sure fall out and that would be a disaster if that happened! She watched as the smart Slytherin Prefect made the wood for the back of their cart.
She said
Sure, do one of you girls, want to get the other side? She took the piece from her and lined it up on their 'cart' and whiped out her wand and said
"Adhaero!" and made sure it was still alligned on the other side, and waited for one of the other girls to come and do the other side, she didnt want to do all the work and leave none for them, she tended to do that...
