YES! Why? People usually feel sleepy after they read several pages and foods and drinks help them to stay awake. Would you rather have a bunch of sleeping students in the library?

Learning of course. Why would it be a center for drama? drama already has its own place. Its called Theater Mr. Librarian. Or they could do it outside.
