Should you be able to drink and eat anything you like in the library? (Yes/No, explain why)
You should not be able to eat or drink in the library. Because you can quite easily spill drinks on the book and then the book will be damaged and then that would be a waste wouldn't it? And eating can distract you from you are actually meant to do in the library. Eating greasy things then touching books will make the books greasy and its disgusting to touch and damages the book.
Is the library supposed to be a center for drama or learning? (pick one of them, explain why)
Learning because other students are studying for exams and homework and if some other people with lots of drama comes up they easily will be distracted. Drama is for outside.
