Should you be able to drink and eat anything you like in the library? (Yes/No, explain why)
I don't think that people should be able to drink or eat anything we like in the library especially drink. Many of the books in the library are old and delicate. An accidental spill of a drink will ruin them forever. The same goes for food. Some food may leave an oily or dirty residue on the eater's hands. If they forget to clean them before they touch the books, there will be oily and dirty stains all over the pages of the books.
However, exceptions can be made if the person is diabetic and needs to keep their sugar level at a normal level. They should be able to suck on a hard candy. I want to say chocolate frogs should be allowed too especially since I love them, but I know that they do get messy, so I guess those would have to be disallowed....unless...the cards they contain will help with the student's research. If that is the case, then maybe we can make an exception....please
Is the library supposed to be a center for drama or learning? (pick one of them, explain why)
I believe that the library should be a center for learning. If people want drama they should go enroll at WADA. The library is where you go to learn all you need to know about the past and the present. It's a place where you can learn about dramatic events but that doesn't mean that the students should re-enact them in the library.
