Should you be able to drink and eat anything you like in the library? No, you should not be able to eat and drink anything you like in the library. What if you spill something on a book? The book would be ruined, and someone who might want to read it in the future wouldn't be able to. The information inside would be smeared and destroyed, making the book utterly useless. A book's purpose in this world is to be used!

Is the library supposed to be a center for drama or learning? The library is a center for learning. A library is filled with so much wonderful and fasinating information and so many new things to learn! A library has a certain air to it, an air that says, "Come here! Learn! Be enlightened!" When there are people in the library being loud and throwing their dirty laundry out into public, it fogs that air. It makes the air polluted and un-breathable.
