Ailsa glanced over to where the girl referenced. Her glance turned into a wide eyed stare. "She's the Potions Mistress?" Ailsa whined, "But I want Potions to be my favorite class."
She was so disappointed. Not enough to cry though, instead she bit her pouting lip and slammed her fist into the table.
"If she's so scary, I will be scarier!" Ailsa vowed loudly. She wondered what would scare such a woman. She wondered what sort of punishments were at Hogwarts. Would it be worth the risk?
She knew she shouldn't, but it just couldn't be helped.

"She's not so bad." The blonde reasoned out as she glanced towards the staff table again
"She can be pretty scary in class, but that's just because she's a total perfectionist when it comes to potions." She can be pretty scary every where else too probably, but she couldn't really tell, after all, she had never actively sought out Professor Lafay before
"as head of house, she's pretty cool actually. She really stands up for us." She continued, albeit a bit proudly, remembering that fight that she had heard about between Professor Hadley and Professor Lafay.
"and she can be pretty cool when she wants to be." or maybe the swimming into the lake was a one time deal? She wasn't sure.
Cass then shook her head and laughed once more
"No one can be scarier than Lafay." She said with a nod
"Not in this school anyway. So don't even try getting on her wrong side." Maybe she should tell her about that setting students on fire rumor that she heard a few terms ago..?
Naaaah. "Besides, I heard she has pretty mean detentions, but I haven't really met one stupid enough to try to get into detention with Lafay..." But then again, there was that ditz of a Hufflepuff who decided that hugging Lafay was a good idea...
