He waved his hand signalling her to have a seat "Cass" he shouted her name. Everyone was talking nonstop. It was only logical to raise his voice for her to hear. "Hey" he added.
At the sound of her name, Cass looked up and stood on her toes as she peered around the chaos that was the Slytherin house table and grinned when she saw Jonathan waving at her - with an empty spot beside him.
It wasn't that she was ungrateful or anything - but it was a bit surprising, after all they did spend practically 2 years, unconsciously avoiding one another. But hey, if he wanted to be friends again, then she was fine with that.
"Hey." She said with a bright smile as when she finally him
"You are once again, a lifesaver." She said with a laugh as she slid onto the seat
"I couldn't find a single empty space with all the people walking around the table."
