The red hair cringed a little when the Games and Sport liaison called her Ruthie. She didn't respond well with nickname. "I prefer if you call me Ruth, Mr. Chevron." the red head gave him a sweet smile. A little too sweet so he won't notice her discomfort with the nickname he gave her.

Ruth can't help to roll her eyes. What's with this guy? Take off their shoes? Oh dear Merlin. If The Minister knows that she, Ruth Flitzpatrick allow the liaison to take off their shoes during the meeting, he won't be too happy. "I think we better stick with our shoes during the meeting." She likes the idea of being comfortable but that didn't mean they have to take of their shoes.

"I like The tea session idea from Ms. Dacosta. That would work nicely I think." Yes. Tea session. Since every one who lives in England seems enjoying tea. She need to talk about this mandatory tea session for the liaisons when she report to her boss later. Then Ruth heard the Chevron guy agreed with level one' liaison idea. "Any objection about the tea session?" She hope not.

Since she had another agenda to work out on this meeting so she better go to the next topic. "We're wondering if do your Departments need something from any particular Departments? Because if you do, this might be the perfect time for you to say so." Since all of the Departments liaison are here. Maybe the Games and Sport Department need some helps from the A&C Departments or vice versa.

Ruth' gaze when toward the door after he heard someone opened the door. She was pretty sure that all of the liaison already in the room. She's a little surprise to see the Senior Undersecretary entered the conference room but she keep her face neutral. The red hair knows that her boss would go to check on the meeting but her arrival caught her off guard. Ruth gave the other woman a polite nod. But she didn't stay long like the red hair thought she'd.
