"And... just like I promised!" He rummaged in his robes for a small, crinkly package. His fingers found what he sought and he pulled it out quickly, hiding it behind his back. "Last Hogsmeade weekend I bought you a little something at Honeyduke's..." With a flourish, the Captain produced a full pound of gummy bears, placing it in Alec's hands. "Just don't eat them all in one day, alright? Your family would have my head for that!"

Wow, he thought. Oakey sure is brimming with confidence. Not that it was necessarily a bad thing, but the Captain rarely encountered that attitude from perspectives. Usually they were nervous and feeling inadequate. Although, I suppose a little game experience would boost your confidence, wouldn't it? Just like it did for his regular players.

But wait.. die trying? "Woah there, sport. The last thing we need is someone dying from training too hard. Stick to a normal amount, alright?" he quipped, still glad for the boy's excitement. He wished all of the hopefuls would practice as much as it sounded like Oakey would.
